We design and implement inclusive research and analysis tools based on client needs. We are specialized in mixed methods and political economy analysis (PEA) as a tool for program development.

We have a strong team of curriculum developers and trainers that work across sectors and at different stages of a program. We can support our clients in designing targeted curriculum, revising existing materials, developing training and training-of-trainers’ manuals and resources, and facilitating workshops and group processes.

We are specialized in participatory and human-centered program design. We believe the most effective programs are designed with the participants at the center as influencers and co-designers.

We have a strong global network of monitoring and evaluation experts that can support or design, create and implement inclusive monitoring and evaluation tools. We will help our clients collect, analyze and understand data. We develop easy to digest and actionable reports and build the capacity of organizations and programs to internalize continuous learning and adaptation processes.

We work at the intersection of gender, environment, and climate change. We support the private sector, donors, governments, and development partners in designing and implementing environmentally sustainable programs and interventions. Beyond compliance with environment and social requirements, we seek to identify opportunities that promote higher impact. We use the IFC performance standards on Environmental and Social Sustainability as the guiding principle for our work.
