We are proponents of political economy analysis (PEA) as a tool for program development. We use PEA to help our clients get a thorough understanding of the prevailing political and economic situation, the incentives, the relationships, and the distribution of power among different individuals, groups, and institutions. We advocate for the application of a PEA lens at all stages of the program cycle to design and implement more politically feasible programs and strategies. We help set realistic expectations of what can be achieved, by when, and with what risks.
We adhere to the do-no-harm principles and adapt measures to minimize and mitigate any potential risks to participants linked to any research and analysis.
